I hadn’t even read the comments here, but was already planning on posting about the delicious coffee I just had at the organic pizza place down the road. Must be coffee day!

*Being the kind of person who has faith and trusts – I trust that my sons’ wetsuits will still arrive TODAY so they are warm in the pool. I trust that, despite the 26″ of snow (!!!) predicted for this weekend, that we will still be able to go on our planned mini-vacation Sun-Mon. I trust that we will have enough food to get us through the storm. I trust that I can get all the charity projects done that I have committed to. I trust life to unfold just as it was meant to. :-)

When full, use them to make a stock, soup, or broth. It worked and was delish! Then the pulp went in the compost. : )
