Beautiful sunshine streaming through my windows and warming my heart

A little lie in and feeling very glad I had an early night too

Wonderful feedback on some astrology I did yesterday.
My first chat with my new food coach! She gave me some great exercises to do this week. I am excited to be digging out old beliefs and clearing the way for lots of delicious love!
French toast made by dh, with extra cinnamon added by my cinnamon boy. And some of it made with the bread I made the other day.
Going to a presentation on owls that included live owls, just a few feet away! Then going out on an owl walk, seeing tracks and a nest.
My son, so excited and talking to the woman leading our group, telling her how he knows a lot about animals and on and on.

* my daughter who showers me with kisses when I’m tired and not feeling great
* having a warm house to come home to on such a cold day
* finding that I have so many yummy veggies and greens that I can barely fit the fluffy kale bag into the fridge
