Being friends with a very special Fairy!!
Spending yesterday at the Fine Arts Fair at my son’s high school and listening to him sing and play his saxophone!
Feeling really proud of my teenager yesterday at the grocery store as he helped an elderly female employee gather up a HUGE row of grocery carts and push them into the building–my son is spreading magic with his own Random Acts of Kindness!!!!
My thoughtful, considerate husband spreading magic of his own by taking his tractor out on this cold, dreary afternoon (when he would rather stay inside and snuggle with the family) to smooth and grade the dirt road that we live on so that we and our neighbors won’t have to drive over a rutted, uneven road!!!! Just the type of thing that made me fall in love with him so many years ago……SIGH……
A nice conversation over the phone with my parents.
Listening to my brother’s (who’s getting married on June 12th) honeymoon plans–he and his fiance are going to be gone almost a month!!!
Knowing that there is magic even in the mundane, and really feeling it today!

*Finding creative ways to feed the family (we are out of cash until Friday!!) using what we have, or pulling resources from others
*Feeling kind of mischivieous, and very playful lately

*Looking forward to either working on the mural, or doing some “behind the scenes” work at the store today once my coworker comes in.

going out yesterday by myself (!) to a women’s circle and labyrinth walk! It was wonderful and magical and cleansing and refreshing and beautiful!
My friend P (who I used to babysit long ago) who babysat my son… and they had a wonderful time!
The stereo in my car suddenly working again after being seemingly dead for about a week.
My husband who did a whole lotta dishes and some serious vacuuming today, when I didn’t feel up to any of it.
A family outing! Went to see How to Train Your Dragon and we all loved it!!! My 5 year old sitting on my lap for nearly the whole movie, so we felt like we were flying on dragons together!

*really yummy chicken enchiladas at my stepdad’s house
*nana taking such good care of the kids while stepdad and i sorted the last 20 or 30 boxes left in my mom’s storage unit
*being done with the storage unit of my mom’s stuff. i still have about 7 boxes of stuff at my house to sort now, but it’s getting there.
