My Everyday Magic
* All the beautiful visions from the last two MEM posts.
* Noticing the night shortening the amount of light in the day.
* Piecing together our family costuming for Halloween.
* Feeling that trickle of the holiday energy.
* Eating a bag of Bing cherries and typing; smiling at the smudges of crimson on the keyboard.
* Thieves oil freshening up the dampness from all this rain.
* My baby entertaining herself. Watching her little hands clasp and unclasp and the funny way she goes cross eyed when she puts them out in front of her.
* Conversations at bedtime. Laying on mermaid sheets with my almost 3yr old sharing our day together discussing all that made us happy and all the things that made us sad and how we can make those things happy.
* Bedtime conversations with beloved 
* My mom’s Chicken Tinola. Magic by the spoons full. Seriously!

I’m having one of those “finding the magic ANYWAY” mornings. I had intense, heavy dreams last night. I’m concerned about a couple of friends and worrying a bit too much. We’re having to pay sooo much extra money to bills this month that it’s making my dh fearful and putting me on edge….all that said, there must be some simple magic I can find. Here it is:
* Knowing I have the tools I need to handle whatever comes my way ~ gracefully and peacefully…( I know they’re in there somewhere!)
* Knowing that the Universe ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS provides!
* Knowing that I created all of this and I can recreate it any way I want!
* Knowing fear and negativity is just an illusion ~ as well as tools to get us to a higher place of love!
* Knowing that I’m going to get a good endorphin high from the run I’m about to take!
* Knowing that the day will turn out MUCH BETTER than it started!!!
I got back from a hot, sweaty stroller run and feel SO MUCH BETTER!! Nothing like endorphins to transmute negativity!
The Universe IS providing for you darling Kate! I feel it all paying you forward very very soon!!!

It must be the hump of the Retrograde cuz looking for magic is taking a little more effort to find. I am grateful for it as it always defaults me into finding the simple Bliss in my day. Simple joys are some of my most precious moments!

<3 Discovering easy "cleansing drinks" to make, like the skin cleanser one with cukes (skin on), parsley, mint, and alfalfa sprouts. Blend all with water. Refreshing!

Got lots of complements on my cooking this week! Cooked every week night which I’ve gotten out of the habit.

my hubby, who went to TJ’s in the middle of his very long and very busy day, just to get pasta for me because I’d wanted some and we were out.
our neighbors! The youngest boy played with my boy all day again today, back and forth from one house to the other, in and out. Hanging out at their house, laughing and talking… the better I get to know my friend next door, the more I like her!

knowing today is the last day of the heat wave, and hopefully the last day above 90 this year!
