*Feeling in rhythm with my boys (even though today I was way overstimulated by their noise and just couldn’t get them to chill, I handled it pretty well I think, stayed true to me, respecting them, being honest & straight up)

*A park day with my boys. I love that the freedom of homeschooling and running my own business means that we can just take a whole day off to just relax and play if we want to.
*Discovering “Nemo’s Reef” a game/app we downloaded on my tablet…it is sooo addicting. I love it, and we are learning a lot about reef plants, corals, fish.
*Turned in my application for a studio space, now it’s the waiting (hopefully not too long) game
*Connecting and clarifying relationships (energy, roles, desires, etc.)
*A request for a custom painting for a Spring baby on the way!
*Getting some paperwork done today, and sent out a flier/proposal for Creative Sessions for Businesses & Organizations
*Enjoying nature so much lately… the weather changing, the breeze, the sunshine, the clouds, the ultra blue ocean and super green trees.

It was an active weekend, full of intense energies. The arriving Coronal Mass Ejection caused many of us to experience shoulder pain, back pain, burning skin, itchy skin, headache, vision issues and moodiness. We are still awaiting the arrival of the Solar Winds, so we are on edge, anxious and expectant. We have been dealing with emotional issues, sadness and depression. The Sun just released a small C Class Solar Flare. Though we are still in an Earthquake Watch, Mother Earth has calmed a bit. There have been Quakes in Iran, Chile, Banda Sea, Indonesia, Japan, Croatia, Philippines, Greece, Molucca Sea, Southern Mid-Atlantic Ridge, Xizang, China and Santa Cruz.
As you read this message, please join together in sending Love and Peace to Mother Earth and Father Sun. Imagine connecting your heart with the hearts of Mother Earth, Father Sun and the center of the Universe and allowing that Love to flow to everyone on Earth. Send healing energy to lessen symptoms to each other.

*really enjoyed a 2nd day of screen free week yesterday. it was so lovely and calm. i think it really helped me feel calmer at bedtime routine too.
*finally caught up with the 30 day Orange Rhino yell less love more challenge. I haven’t been reading the daily emails, just saving them, but even just seeing the emails arrive in my inbox has helped me remember to take a breath and react more slowly. it’s helped!
*playing games with the kids, we played mastermind, memory, ghosties, jenga, and hullabaloo. fun.
*retirement lunch today, was really nice! berry buckle with vanilla ice cream for dessert. blue cheese burger for lunch. and a shirley temple to drink.
