The Rainbow Faery in her Garden!

Its February! Good morning everyone, I hope you are coming to this page to share some of your magic, or to be inspired by the magic that is making others smile. Or maybe you’re just curious about what goes on here. All are wonderful reasons to come and explore!

It is about incessant gratitude. 

The other day I realized that every. single. moment. is magical, its just about what we choose to highlight in our day as our “magic”. I’ve been known to write pages and pages of magic once I get flowing, and then I realized I could go on forever, because it is ALL magic, even the challenges and “negative” stuff, because we always learn something, or come away with a gift.

So I’m keeping my magic simple today, highlighting some of the things on the edge of my memory that made me smile recently! And being reminded of why I am the Rainbow Faery…I can feel lots of color in my magic, especially recently!

My Everyday Magic

*Painting shoeboxes all colorful to put on the shelf…I don’t know what I’ll put in them yet, but they are FUN!

*Reorganizing/decorating in my home…and just when I thought my home couldn’t get any more colorful, it HAS! =D

*My cousin/neighbor pickin’ up on my home/color vibe, and just as I was thinking about getting rid of our area rugs, he calls and asks if we want his two area rugs (that look waaay better, because they have colorful squares! AND he’s gonna shampoo them!) and I of course, said YES.

*Prayer

*GRACE

*Feeling a beautiful shift in my role as Mommy: Goddess of Unconditional Love…and feeling like I’m “coming into myself”

*Family togetherness, when it flows beautifully!

*Feeling interdimensional and oneness across time and space!

*Feeling Possibilities!!

*Going to get my hair cut right now!

*Feeling so Grateful for all the blessings in my life

My Everyday Rainbow Magic

Life is a rainbow, colors are everywhere and symbolically life goes across the light spectrum… a rainbow of emotions, a rainbow of physical features, rainbows in nature of course, and on! So my magic is going across the spectrum, just as my eclectic nature loves!

*The Christmas  Crafts Fair by Inspired Living was a success! Fun with friends & strangers alike, kids & bubbles, beach volleyball & beer, and an island pirate Santa!

*Healing & gaining clarity through some “tough stuff”

*Being gifted with a handmade faery wand by Carmen at the fair. And I have just recently been thinking about wanting a wand of some kind. Expect an updated faery photo next week!

*Thinking about how to celebrate & honor the winter solstice. Does anyone else have plans?? The full gemini moon, red lunar eclipse is also going on!

*My house smell like black raspberry, vanilla & Christmas trees!

*Feeling a bit of food inspiration creeping back into my life (though ever-so-slowly) after a long rut since I’ve started school.

*Having all kinds of inspiration for using my business Inspired Living to implement  creative solutions and action toward a sustainable future. =)

*Planning for Luna Festival 2011 and feeling really excited, and that its gonna be huge!!!

*Enjoying a glass of wine and reading Brida, by Paulo Coelho. Witch of Portobello is next!

*Enjoying and appreciating that I live with my grandma & Joe (her caretaker who is more like a family member to us for over 20 years now!) and that my boys love hanging out upstairs with them, giving me a break sometimes.

*Feeling really good about my Christmas gifts…inexpensive yet meaningful and fun!

*Planning a faery mission. There’s a guy that walks down and then back up the huuuuge hill that I live on (its gotta be like 5 miles of  incline) almost everyday. I want to stop and give him a gift certificate to our health food store for being so diligent!

*Having art inspiration!

*Seeing Christmas lights last night!

*Navigating my way through this VERY intense mercury retrograde that I’m experiencing.
